A Czech nurse working in a hospital in Munich, Germany gives an unfiltered report on the ways in which diversity and third world migrants are enhancing the average European hospital experience broken into two-parts in this twitter/X thread. It goes without being said, that she does this anonymously at risk to herself as the current German regime will likely not hesitate to have her forcibly dis-employed, dispossessed of her wealth, and repatriated to the Czech republic.

Yesterday, at the hospital, we had a meeting about how the situation here and the other Munich hospitals are unsustainable. Clinics cannot handle the number of migrant medical emergencies, so they are starting to send everything to the main hospitals. Many Muslims are refusing treatment by female staff, and we women are now refusing to go among those migrants. Relations between the staff and migrants are going from bad to worse. Since last weekend, migrants going to the hospitals must be accompanied by police with K-9 units.

Many migrants have ADS, syphilis, open TB and many exotic diseases that we in Europe do not know how to treat. If they receive a prescription to the pharmacy; they learn they have to pay cash, this leads to unbelievable outbursts, especially when it is about drugs for the children. They abandon the children to the pharmacy staff with the words: So, cure them yourselves. So the police are not only guarding the clinics and hospitals, but also the large pharmacies.

We ask openly where are all those who welcomed the migrants in front of TV cameras with signs at train stations ? Yes, for now, the border has been closed, but a million of them are already here and we will definitely not be able to get rid of them. Until now, the number of unemployed in Germany was 2.2 million. Now it will be at least 3.5 million. Most of these people are completely unemployable. Only a minimum of them have any education. What is more, their women usually do not work at all. I estimate that one in ten is pregnant. Hundreds of thousands of them have brought along infants and little kids under six, many emaciated and very needy. If this continues and Germany re-opens its borders, I am going home to the Czech republic. Nobody can keep me here in this situation, not even for double the salary back home. I came to Germany to work, not to Africa or the Middle East!

Even the professor who heads our department told us how sad it makes him to see, but worth the read…especially the cleaning woman, who has cleaned every day for years for 800 euros and then meets crowds of young men in the hallways who just wait with their hands outstretched, waiting for free, and when they don’t get it, they throw a fit. I really don’t need this, but I am afraid that if I return home, at some point it will be the same in the Czech Republic. If the Germans, with their systems, cannot handle this, then guaranteed, back home will be total chaos…

You – who have not come in contact with these people have absolutely no idea what kind of badly behaved desperadoes these people are, and how Muslims act superior to our staff, regarding their religious accommodation. For now, the local hospital staff have not come down with the diseases these people brought here, but with so many hundreds of patients every day of this is just a question of time. In a hospital near the Rhine, migrants attacked the staff with knives after they had handed over an 8 month old on the brink of death, who they dragged across half of Europe for three months. The child died two days later, despite having received top care at one of the best pediatric clinics in Germany. The pediatric physician had to undergo surgery and the two nurses are recovering in the ICU. Nobody has been punished. The local press is forbidden to write about it, so we can only inform you through e-mail.

What would have happened to a German if he had stabbed the doctor and nurses with a knife? Or if he had flung his own syphilis infected urine into a nurses face and so threatened her with infection? At a minimum, he would have gone straight to jail and later to court. With these people so far, nothing has happened.

And so I ask: Where are all those greeters and receivers from the train stations? Sitting pretty at home, enjoying their uncomplicated, safe lives.

How do I stop being insecure about something my ex said?

I asked her about her sexual history once and she basically said that the first time she had sex she thought all men just wanted sex and she wanted to know what it felt like so she fucked a guy with a really nice physique.

A while later I asked her if he was as muscular as a picture of some random guy and I think she exaggerated because it’s extremely unlikely, but at the same time I’m bothered because during the first conversation she said “I thought I might as well have sex with this really hot guy instead of this short guy who had been trying for years.”

I was trying to be confident and not let it get to me but now I’m bothered because that guy had hurt her even just two months before this conversation, and she was telling me how hot he was. It bothers me because I wonder if she would’ve ever called me “really hot”, especially after if I had hurt her.

My attempt at an answer to this question is that she may have been exaggerating how hot he was to make me mad, since I had hurt her by saying I didn’t want a relationship. By the time we had this conversation she was thinking there was a chance for one. I just feel traumatized hearing about that. I didn’t ask her to tell me about that. I would’ve never told her I thought another girl was so hot if I had had sex with her. I don’t think she was really gushing over the guy when explaining the story; it was more about the word choice than how she was saying it. One part that bothers me though is that she said she didn’t even care if it was a one night stand. Except when he tried to fuck her on the first night she left and didn’t fuck him until the second night. I feel like she may have been exaggerating but I’m not sure why she would say this stuff. It seems cunty and I don’t know how to feel better.

I think my issue with this is not that he may have been hotter than me (although that is unfortunate), but the fact that she would describe him like that out loud. What a privilege this guy has to be able to use a girl multiple times and make her cry multiple times and she still describes him that way. That’s what bothers me. It wouldn’t even be as bad if he treated her right and she said that.

Reads like you've got a bad case of one-itis, which suggests something weird as you've only known this girl for a few weeks.

Take away the aspect of having a mother for your kids, and the main reason for having a stable wife was not so much the sex, but rather a woman to look up to you as a God.

Women are not capable of making their own way in life. They need somebody else to guide them. This was typically their man, before the state stepped in and said "I'll be your God, worship me and you can fuck Alphas all the way to your 80s".

So you had the stable wife for... well, the stability, a fall back for hard emotional times in exchange for your leadership, and the mistress for the sex.

The mistress typically being more on the hysteric side, keeping things fun, unpredictable and exciting.

I don't think we can appreciate the "old way of things" unless we bring the marital triad (husband, wife, mistress) into focus.

How to make money in USA asap

If you needed a bunch of money asap, let’s say you messed up - knocked up a girl and now you have a kid on the way that you’re not even close to being prepared for. Or let’s say a family member suddenly needs a lot of money for some medical treatments. How would you go about raising that money?

Personally I never knew how to make a lot of money or the kind of money to sustain not just myself, but have dependents, and not just survive but thrive. As per the new rules, to try and answer my own question, I guess I’d have to start my own business (I just don’t know what kind or what would sell well) because I just don’t see myself suddenly becoming the CEO at the minimum wage job that I have or getting a good job with the kind of education that I have, which is a shitty humanities degree.

I am doing community college courses to get into healthcare but I realise that any profit from that is years away, and I need the money today.

It reads like you repeatedly make interesting, but otherwise ill-informed decisions. It's definitely time to consider making a change, but you've got more pressing concerns to address to begin to plan your next few moves. As you're likely a nursing major, I'd strongly recommend that you do the following:

• Make time to talk with your colleges social worker regarding your situation.
• Make time to speak with someone at your colleges job or employment office.
• Swing by your college fraternity, college alumni association, and any medicine related professional associations you're apart of to find out about receiving some mentor-ship from those already in the field.
• Consider applying for college scholarships.
• Get in touch with the hospitals and clinics in your area to find out about volunteer opportunities.
• Consider home attendant agencies and nursing homes as they're always hiring, but be aware the bulk of the people you'll be dealing with are mentally and physically enfeebled.
