Arresting political opposition?

There is a gigantic case in federal court that is a test case for Biden's Department of Justice to squelch free speech under threat of voter alienation. And it's the most important case you've never heard of. And for Catholics, still reeling from the news about the secret FBI dossier targeting the faithful, this case bears very close scrutiny.

It's a little involved, and we don't want to go too far afield, but — just for background — in the run-up to the 2016 election, a man by the name of Douglass Mackey went under the Twitter identity of "Ricky Vaughn" and routinely posted satirical memes and tweets against Hillary Clinton. But one got him in trouble with the DOJ.

And here it is: It suggested Hillary supporters could just skip actually voting and instead just text a code and vote that way. It said, as you can see, "Avoid the line. Vote from home. Text Hillary to [the provided number]." It was a joke. And, at the time, everyone saw it that way — especially given multiple other political satires Mackey had posted under his Ricky Vaughn pseudonym.

And going for the win.

With news that Elon Musk has finalized his purchase of Twitter, the cancellation train has screeched to a halt, at least for now. In fact, it's safe to say there is a cold wind blowing over Left land these days. Yet even before the Musk/Twitter deal, the America-first crowd was already gearing up — sidestepping the cancel crazies, doing an end run around them.

Andrew Torba, who founded the social media website Gab back in 2016 and has been a frequent guest on Church Militant had the foresight to see the trainwreck long before it derailed, and built up his platform as a haven for those being silenced by the Marxists. Indeed, here at Church Militant, we did the exact same thing right about the exact same time as Gab, realizing that the Left is all about censoring the truth.

So we have developed our own server network, our own website and our very-own processors and are all but free of the overreach of the tech giants. All of this is being dubbed "the alternate economy," referring to political and theological conservatives tearing away from control by the Left, setting up their own ways of doing business.

It is, of course, a tedious and cumbersome process — but seeing as how "team evil" has no plans of going away, it remains the most viable alternative. It's a balkanization and it's only increasing as more and more conservatives realize they have ceded way too much control to the Left in their day-to-day lives.

It's about communication.

The great migration has begun in earnest. Millions of Americans are thankfully abandoning the Marxist media and leftist communication outfits that have contributed so heavily to the collapse of the republic.

Some of that is showing up on their bottom line. Probably not enough to make them change their evil ways, but hitting them in the pants anyway. Twitter and Facebook have lost a combined $50 billion since their lies and censoring were fully revealed during the campaign.

Fox News is in the toilet, finishing absolutely dead last in every single demographic category. It's so bad for Fox that they actually hired a public relations crisis firm and completely switched around their lineup. A handful of prime time commentators are conservative, but the rest of that Fox News world is every bit as liberal as CNN.

Good men and women, meaning lovers of truth, are starting to become more than angry. They are becoming enraged. What is becoming manifest in these days of the campaign is the gross lack of justice present in the Culture of Death.

Now, the reality of that certainly isn't a shock or really even news. These people kill babies without a thought or concern. It's hard to come up with a bigger offense against justice than that. But what is worth contemplating is the extent to which they will deny justice (ultimately meaning fairness).
