@andtoc hey man, I'm not doing #nonothingNovember because I hold myself to very high self discipline standards every day. And the change isn't about a month but about a lifetime.
If you're having trouble with your goals start very small like almost laughably small. That way you can achieve them and start building on some routine. Cheers!

#NoNothingNovember 14/11/16 smoked a few social cigs, no weed, killed it at the gym, counting calories, slept 8 hours. All within range of what I should be doing.
Consistency is key, I'll have to keep this up.

#NoNothingNovember Today was incredibly unproductive. Basically rested the entire day as I blacked out last night from sleep deprivation while working. However didn't succumb to any vices. I'm adding time management and drink more water to my long term habits.

#NoNothingNovember Today was a bit of a setback. Had far too many ciggys and way too little sleep as I was rushing my essay. However, day 4 of no weed and I have noticed my mind is way less foggy. Set PRs at gym, met bulking calories of 3000. No fap; no porn.
Little victories go a long way. I need to keep this up.
