Welcome to The Hub. This is our welcoming tribe dedicated to introducing yourself, meeting new people, and learning about new tribes.
I was trying to find a nutrition Tribe to refresh the Public square with some new Tribe input to no avail. #nutrition
Anyway, I go on the intermittent fasting from today.
I don't like coffee [disgusting with sweeteners + staining teeth] nor tea without sweetening, so I have researched that topic and it is a mess, no conclusion could be drawn from several websites.
Main sweeteners used on the market [I will be talking about pure forms not commercial products that are blends of stuff] are: Aspartame, Sucralose, Acesulfame—k, Stevia [my target].
Markers used for fasting are:
- does it affect ketosis
- does it affect gut rest
- does it affect autophagy
Has anyone seen good AND BELIVABLE research on the subject or have own conducted measurements?
My main goal is to better hormonal markers.
