I been working my legs out heapsss
One thing I noticed, is that my erections have never been so incredible. It's unbendable, especially in the morning.
Made a huge difference with just 1 month of vigorous medium intensity sustained leg workout, mixed with squats.
Don't forget to train legs if you got a little bit limp peepee.
Also, take zinc, and oysters are great for your nanoscopic friend too.
