#uk In coffid times long time ago I have set up an instant messanger for people in UK to find wingmen.
It is not particullary popular platform but lets the participants to remain fairly anonymous (use your own judgment).
To look it up, one need to install Element app, or join from Element io website.
In search engine in app one should find many 'rooms' upon searching for 'wingmen' phrase.
Rooms divide whole uk into several parts for better wing location.

I'm looking to get sign up to online trading platform: coins, commodities, shares. I read that elToro is the best in several sources but since they are all in USD and transactions in-out need converting it kind of stinks of high cost. Is there anything better for local currency or conversion doesn't cut that much? Other good online platform which is value for money [fees]?
Also I was reading up on capital gain tax - it doesn't sound too complicated if straightforward. Yet if you know good source [written or vid] explaining subject, online calc or some excel sheet please advise.
Also is it pain to do capital gain tax if you got to convert currency every time sale is open-closed?
I understand that if I would invest £1m, then closed and get £1.5m from the same position, then even if I would buy other stock same day - for whole £1.5m - I'm still liable for tax from this £0.5m?
