This tribe is to create 30 day challenges to facilitate consistent progress.
Challenge #3: Form goals.
Goals need to be specific, measurable, and practical. And have a plan for getting back on the wagon if you fall off.
Having measurable goals and actually tracking them is how you stay on target by recognizing slippages.
And have some kind of reward in mind for when you achieve the eventual goal.

Here are my goals:
- Talk to more people, women also - at least two different women per week.
- Go to the gym thrice a week
- Practice mindfulness at elast once daily
- Do at least one module of my online course for data analytics per week - there are 12 modules overall, but they are short. I will keep the community updated on my progress. Thank you all!
@Nuno that tribe seems to be inactive. You can probably get away with either approach. Someone might join in, who knows.

Can someone clarify for me how this forum works? Do I set my own challenge for 30 days and post progress or does someone else set up a challenge and whoever wants to join posts progress?

Funnily enough didnt eat anything today besides a cup of tea. Went for a run and went to bed a little past 22pm. Will meditate tomorrow morning.

Two weeks of not writing. Yikes. Not good, won't happen again. Challenge 1 conclusion, was a very positive experience, i felt as if i'm really taking steps in the right direction. Biggest difficulty was sleeping 8 hours because i feel like i didnt have enough time. Thats technically not true if i had been super efficient and min maxing my time i would have succeeded. I will keep y This challenge to myself another month. However i dont want to stand in place so i will also add the second challenge. Today i will write everything that i ate during the day, time, estimate calories and reflections.

Day 24:
Saturday but managed to wake up at 6am and go out on a 30 minutes walk and doing some strengh excercise. Cleaned the house a little bit. Middle of the day wasn't productive but picked it back up in the evening, practicing drums and preparing dinner.
Will meditate soon, sleep will be around 00am.
Counting to 5 and then just going really helps. Won't be using that on people still cause I feel it still a bit to overwhelming for me.
Will also read a little today.

Day 21: 30 minutes run, slow to medium speed. Sleep 23pm No meditation cause exhausted.

Day 19: Great day.
Exercise - 30 minutes of calisthenics. Need to get a car so I can get to the gym. Working on it. Meditation - Will do after these lines. Sleep - 23PM
Some drums practice, really enjoying it. Reading the book of tao and book of five rings, really enjoying it as well, really connecting with them.
