They say that it takes just 21 days to form (or lose) a habit. It's #NoNothingNovember - that month that you give up 3 vices for an entire month.
Welcome back to #NNN #NoNothingNovember for 2022!
-
Choose three vices you want to ditch for the month (and maybe for longer!)
- Pick an activity or chore that you want to make sure gets done daily.
Track your progress on the /t/nnn tribe and tag #NNN or #NoNothingNovember

I said this here before, but I don't get this "NNN" thing. If you know you need to change something, why wait until a specific month or day?
And yes, I have always said this about New Year resolutions too.
If you know you need to change something, fucking do it!

@fumbor What’s your YouTube content going to be?

Day 1 boys. Porn, junk food, laziness. I would blame the PTSD and anxiety for my shit life. The things I've seen. I realized now I used it as a crutch, to justify that life is shit. My problem; it's the way I saw life from my mental attitude. I choose a better life. I choose victory.
Taking all the junk food out of the house. Gonna cook all my foods and exercise. Any urges come, hop in the cold shower or do push ups. Thanks Redpillschool
