The Red Pill: Discussion of sexual strategy in a culture increasingly lacking a positive identity for men.
@Vermillion-Rx Congrats @Typo-MAGAshiv ! Long overdue.
Almost as overdue as a bedroom romp. C'mere, big guy.
I must admit, I was quite jealous that you left me out of the Shrek-Vermy story. Time to make it up to me. ;)

but there are other women's YouTube channels with decent information.
I have no doubt about this. I have no doubt as some men say they came across a talented woman in lets say an engineering, where you can't be approximately right. But...
newly unplugging men to stop listening to the harmful ones
if you are going into an uncharted territory you won't know what can be harmful and at what dose you get something harmful [this is how it all started - step by step],
If to consider only social science [let's say TRP is in it] that has no real boundaries on the opinions and a research -- a woman will not be able to control their programming and you wont be able to say what is good or bad for a man, before.... you actually know way more so you can check the message. But if you already know that much then why to listen to it.
Then lets say your info source has your trust, now the source starts to manipulate you to get more gains, that'd be an average person's modus operandi, even more so a woman's one.
This is my analysis of the threats and the opportunities.
SO while I'm not saying your ADHD person is bad, I would probably come to a conclusion to be careful with a new content.

BTW, I have seen few videos of DR Ramani, she looks well informed, but at the same time I have this lack of trust to a woman's psyche to handle the information and take it all mentally. I tend to filter a woman's processed info very much these days or at least put on it huge pinch of salt.
While women's advice is usually terrible, some of them can give good info (just not about how to be attractive to men).
I'm not familiar with the particular woman you two are discussing, but there are other women's YouTube channels with decent information. One I subscribe to is about dealing with ADHD. I don't watch every video of hers, mainly because at 45 years old I've had a decent handle on it for several years already, but occasionally her content will give me some new tips or remind me of a decent strategy I stopped doing for whatever reason.
There are others.
I think the "never listen to women about anything" line is mostly useful to get newly unplugging men to stop listening to the harmful ones, which unfortunately is most of them. Once they've been unplugged a while, they can spot the women who offer helpful advice and separate what's helpful from what only serves Team Wahmyns or what's just useless jabber. And of course, the helpful ones usually aren't talking about dating or relationships or sex. I can't think of the last time I saw a woman who was more helpful than harmful to men on that topic.

@Vermillion-Rx I have edited the post and included Dr Ramani
do you get a notification after an edit?

For sure I've had to listen to a few of his a couple different times
Reminders don't hurt especially when detoxing from a narc

@Vermillion-Rx Yeah I guess some options are
-
only so much info you need to actually get you going and anything more than action threshold level is mental wank and delving in a misery or
- he might not want to pass on too much insider info to competition to use his techniques
I personally think his vids are very info dense and should be watched several times 'rinse and repeat', applied step by step, not differently that any other TRP techniques that we use toward the women. These are solely self improvement, something noone will ever see, hence harder to work with, товарищ.

I watched a number of his videos. They get redundant after a bit. I'm now watching Lise Blanc's videos because they have different information
Both are excellent. I think you recommended apex which helped me that time on that particular narc
