@TheCrimsonHeretic if you want to make sure the person to whom you're replying sees it, it's best practice to leave the tag in at the beginning (like I did here). I almost overlooked this. Anyway...
I'm a bit amused that someone would accuse me of using AI since I haven't ever used it to compose text. Rambly or not, it's mine.
That's how it read. I've been accused of it too, though I've never used it. Don't take it personally, but rather just as feedback to improve.
I get praxeology as a kind of pure science, knowledge for the sake of knowledge.
Not what praxeology is.
But there is such a thing as applied science too.
That's more like it.
What works for you? Well, what do you want?
I think you've got a point with the "genuine desire" bit.
Once you've tasted it, nothing else will do (long-term).
I'd argue that desire is not independent of incentives within the economic situation
I'm talking physical desire, and it's completely independent of anything economic. I got laid easily and quite well when I was a broke college student driving a beater, and also as a junior enlisted Soldier living in the barracks. Any woman who was fucking me during those times was into me, not any money (which I didn't have).
Being in any way visible enough to become a target is risky business and best avoided at this time.
If I'm ever no longer married (whether due to death or divorce), and no longer need to work, I'll start posting videos to my YouTube channel.
If I ever have "fuck you" levels of money, I'll even show my face.
But until such a day, I value my anonymity.
Read MoreI just thought all man's default setting was to lead a relationship (heterosexuals).
Too many of us (myself included) are lazy by default and usually just take a "whatever" approach, until we feel the need to react to something we don't like.
Before I unplugged, I was steeped in feminist conditioning to include buying into that "equal partners" crap. Which of course meant the wife was in charge.
A ship can only have one captain, and if it's not you, it's her.
@Typo-MAGAshiv oh yeah for sure, I think I didn't pay too much attention to that. I just thought all man's default setting was to lead a relationship (heterosexuals).
Apparently there's a thing called Female Lead Relationships
If you've ever read Athol Kay, Rian Stone, and other influential MRP figures, you'd know that if the man isn't leading, then the woman is by default.
TBH with you, No.
Probably because I have spent so many years of my life being everything to everyone, except myself.
I don't know who I am because of it. I have tried to lean more into stepping back from cleaning up the mess.
Several years ago I ran across an article about this: it’s not really new. As I recall, a couple was getting married, and his vows were basically to worship the ground she walked on and constantly grovel before her “Divine Feminine Energy” or some such tripe. When he referred to himself in the first person he used a lowercase i, and when he referred to her he capitalized the word You.
It was nauseating. You can be certain that when she divorces him, she will play the damsel card for all it’s worth, though. I’m sure she’ll tell everybody that he was domineering.
It’s hard to feel sorry for a guy like that.
@Chantfire 1) that is an example of the rap I hate. It sucks.
2) Biz Markie imparted an important life lesson. That "Apache" fellow was just blathering.
