Bckground: I was living on my usual diet of lots of meats and eggs until one day doctors discovered dangerously high cholesterol levels (LDL=160). I refused statins, so they put me on a low fat 2200kcal diet. Since than I feel like I want to die most of the days. But I am pushing through because they say LDL this high will kill me anyway. On top of feeling bad, now I get mood swings more and more.

Any qualified personal trainer or nutritionist here? Is extremely irritable mood on a calorie deficit a sign that I should up my calories? Or I should go through with it?

It seems to me when I lower fat in my diet that I get bad mood swings and irritability. Like im not myself. Could this be or its in my head?

@Vermillion-Rx My current favors doggy style, hair pulling, slapping, and when I call her a whore during sex she comes immediately. She loves being on her knees. She also likes to be tied down. But she is really not different then many other women I met.
