Routines
Here are a collection of lifting routines recommended for beginner and intermediate lifters.
These programs should be sufficient for those who are progressing linearly on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Once you have maxed out your linear progression, it is advised to move onto a more advanced routine that is tailor to you and your goals.

@Kloi Any better yet? I have now got myself an upset ankle! Down to less than 50% activity. Trying to get plenty of sleep. Trying to do things to strengthen it. Joints can be a bummer can't they!
Shitttt I forgot about gyro balls. I was prescribed one years ago for PT.
I can attest to good/clean living being a huge factor. If I'm not recovering properly my wrist and hips are the first to let me know.
Update:
Started taking one or two days a week to do arms with kettlebells to focus on building up wrist strength and this seems to removed most of the paint I was experiencing with pushing movements.
Docs to me is a coverall term. Best info I've gotten is from a Chiropractor who told me, I'm not a doctor but.... Second best came from the physical therapist who gave me the nerve glides.
I have been to the docs for this
Have you consulted any physical therapists? They'd be a better resource than an MD on something like this, especially once the MD finds nothing out of the ordinary.
Sometimes problems like that stem from upstream, and you don't even feel the upstream problem.
@Kloi I have been trying to reply to this for a while but I keep getting told my request is timed out.
So in very brief; I have some experience with wrist issues. Building stability is good. A gyro ball will work the full range of movement. Clean living, sleep and low stress help greatly with inflammation as does a calorie deficit or small fasts. Beware increased vascularisation from recovery peptides -its more stuff in the tight corridors. You need to reduce activity if using most of them. KPV might be the exception but then that blunts your hormetic response, thus reducing gains anyway.
@Kloi nah buildinf my own AI stuff. Benefit is that it will tell you more than normal search engines/AIs, due to some removed liability. Plus all stays local.
Ofc one we communicate over open channel it is not so if u want to search for clues i can run one, 2 more queations for your interpretation.
I do it as Im going to load all my health data into it as docs get shitter plus even if they wouldnt, they are still only humans, plus women in healthcare, foreign doctors with fake diplomas, got to have another opinion and clues.
I will try to post another clues in the next post with updated info you posted, but because of some glitch on the website might be impossible, ill s3nd it d8rectly to u.
I have been to the docs for this. It's an on and off again issue for over a decade now. Has been fairing up again after next to no issues for 18+ months.
Long story short all my test come back clean. Strength and mobility levels are above average. Offered nerve blocker (which also double as mood stabilizers....no thank you) or surgery. With the stipulation surgery might not fix anything. Potentially making things worse. Either way just like with my hips, I was told to put surgery off as long as possible.
If I had to describe it, my wrist feel like a weak point but the doctors disagree with that. I'm going to focus on some wrist strengthening exercises.
@Kloi Get it looked at. I've lifted for decades. I've had many of the common injuries people get from lifting. I've never had any wrist pain other than a time I was trying a second generation bench shirt on 4-board presses. I had much, much more weight in my hands than I'd ever had before and could feel it. I learned that modern equipped powerlifting wasn't my thing. But that was a one off event. Regular training, even heavy, shouldn't cause wrist issues. Something else is going on.
Are you a bot?
Xrays, EMGs and ultrasound all have come back clean. No MRI.
I've been test for arthritis and it's cousins, Keinbock, it's not a cyst or any other abnormality is structure.
Median nerve is fine but as stated my Ulnar nerve pops in and out of place but that is more closely related to elbow pain.
I do have hEDS which among other things, causes connective tissue problems. Strength training has seemed to be the best solution to alleviate other problems associated with that so that's where my head is going with the wrist.
TFCC sounds closets to my current symptoms
