29 years old and suck with women. In dire need of some good advice. Im ready to do whatever it takes

Im going to keep it short since my story is probably no different than most of the guys in this community. I wasted my teens and twenties on excessively consuming instant gratification (porn, masturbation, tv, and junk food). As I get closer to 30 I realized I did not like where I was heading. In the past couple of months I've been able to lose 32 lbs (currently 168.8 at 5'9.5, looking to drop another 18). I'm 24 days sober of porn/masturbation. I never plan on going back to it. I've quit binge watching T.V.

Professional life: 64k a year salary. Working on a promotion and should be able to break 100k within the next year to year and a half.

romantic life: nonexistent. years of living in a porn/masturbation haze killed any desire to pursue women. I have gone to a few hookers when I was younger.

Going forward with fitness: I understand my physique needs a lot of work. Once I get down to 150 I'll be at a healthy bw for my height but scrawny. when that time comes I plan to adopt a bodybuilding style workout and eat in a small caloric surplus. right now my workouts are mainly cardio and compound lifting a couple times a week.

Going forward with women: This right here is where im lost. One thing I understand about women is to not be delusional about my expectations. Im a "short" minority male and I know that a lot of minority men want to go for the blonde sorority type. I don't have that unrealistic goal. Im perfectly ok with hooking up with some average looking minority women. My issues are where to meet them and how to talk to them in a sexual manner. Im also really shy and I'm not good with strangers. Do you all have any tips on how to fix that?

Redpill is an amazing community and ideology. I was taking the easy way for years and I never truly felt fulfilled. you got to do the hard things in life in order to truly succeed.

Consider investing into a reliable ready reference you can pick up and study to better prepare yourself for engaging the opposite sex. I'd suggest that you get yourself a copy of Doc Love's "The System: The Dating Dictionary". Doc Love, who until his passing was also known as Tom Hodges, wrote a weekly advice column that's archive is mirrored on several mens focused sites and a podcast. His media is a bit pricey, but it's a solid foundation a guy can branch out from in RP aware circles. I'd suggest you review his advice column to decide if his view on dating and relationships is aligned with what you aspire for yourself. The worst part about porn?

I've done nofap and tbh it didn't help me nor transform me in any way and I also think it's not healthy to not masturbate for 3 months.

The body itself will do the process while asleep but still it's unhealthy.

I know the porn is bad and I want to completely remove it from my life. The problem is what to do when horny?

I can't always and forever do push-ups or something to not think about it like others say.

Guys here say find LTR but it's not as simple.

The specific reasons which prompted you to do nofap several months ago are unknown to us. When you showed up, I doubt any of us were particularly interested enough to ask what those reason may have been. If you've since forgotten, you should probably reflect on your past to remind yourself as to what those reasons were and ask yourself if your situation has in anyway improved. Maybe consider keeping a journal to help you keep track of these things in the future.

You've been asking questions for several months now. Some of us here have offered you advice that, if not useful, outright comical, or retarded, but should've otherwise provided you some ideas you could use to better understand your situation and begin to lay a foundation from which you could move forward to success. I'm wondering, did you consider any of it, or did you just dismiss it, and resume doing what you were doing only to come here to vent like we're a testosterone friendly reddit clone.

Been lying about my age to my LTR for 6 months, should i reveal it?

I'm rarely attracted to girls of my age, and even then, most of them don't take me seriously and believe i'm a student

I basically look like i'm in my early 20's, so i started telling girls i meet at the club/bar that i'm 24, because they got the ick half of the time when i would tell my real age, depsite being attracted to me

i met current gf at a bar 6 months ago, told her i'm 24 the night i met her, she is 20YO, everything is goine fine, she is super attracted, she isn't suspisious about anything

I even met her parents/sister/friends, they like me a lot

Not sure what to do at this point, just reveal my age and see how it goes? I can't get prosecuted because the majority is 18 in my country

You didn't care enough about this to tell her six month ago, and if she doesn't know by now, then she clearly doesn't care. Stop over-thinking this like it's a problem and just enjoy the time you spend with her when you spend time with her. With what you've share, should fortune smile upon you let your tombstone be the thing that lets her know how much older than her you were.
