He looks like he is in character to be a an old guy with bad habits at a dog racing circuit hunched over a racing paper, scrutinising the odds with his beer and cigarette.

@Typo-MAGAshiv I had an amusing conversation with one of my daughters the other day. She was going on about some 5 year age gap in someone's relationship and I said "well I was 9 years older than your late mother and your grandad is 20 odd years older than than his wife who you grew up calling auntie because "grandma" just seemed too inappropriate" She was astounded. She had just never thought to ask when they were born.

@Vermillion-Rx I think it would really fuck the patriarchy if women were in the mines while men stayed home and had all their expenses and bills paid so long as they washed the women's clothes and cooked them a portion of food when they cooked their own dinner. That would teach those smug entitled bastards.

@Vermillion-Rx Picture reminds me of a story at my first job in the mid-80s. Big auto shop. One of my co-workers was this histrionic black guy, whose voice would go fluting up 2 octaves when he got agitated or excited.
Rare back then but an obvious tranny with blond hair and way too red of lipstick was waiting for a battery installation. One of the crew tells the black guy, "Hey, G____, That lady wants YOU to install her battery!" He got all excited, gathered the tools needed, and went to the far end of the shop to complete the job. Wrapped up and came walking back toward us all, trying not to bust up laughing. He said in as hushed a voice as he could manage, "THAT was a BO-woy, Mentor! THAT was a BO-woy!" (since I can't get superscript to work, imagine the all-caps syllables 2 octaves higher.)
