Saudi Arabia : Allowing Polytheists on the Arabian Peninsula when Muhammed himself commanded:

“Expel the Mushrikeen (polytheists) from the Arabian Peninsula.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, 3053; Sahih Muslim, 1637)

Yet Saudi Arabia allows disbelievers and Christian polytheists (3 in 1 religion) to establish military bases in the sacred land of the Arabian Peninsula. This is direct disobedience to one of the clearest orders from Muhammed.

“And never will Allah give the disbelievers over the believers a way [to overcome them].” (Surah An-Nisa, 4:141)

The Saudi regime has also waged wars in alliance with non-Muslims. Their actions in Yemen, and their support to western powers in their modern day crusades are irrefutable evidence of their betrayal of Islam and sharia law. The Quran prohibits this explicitly:

“O you who have believed, do not take the disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. Do you wish to give Allah against yourselves a clear case?”

(Surah An-Nisa, 4:144)

“And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help, except against a people between yourselves and whom is a treaty. And Allah is Seeing of what you do.” (Surah Al-Anfal, 8:72)

Saudi Arabia has no justification for aiding disbelievers in their military operations, especially when their weapons kill Muslims. This is major disbelief.

Their cultural policies in recent years showcase their disregard for Islamic values. They host concerts, festivals, and events like Riyadh Season, where music, dancing, and intermingling are normalized.

“And do not approach immoralities – what is apparent of them and what is concealed.” (Surah Al-An’am, 6:151)

Instead, Saudi Arabia openly invites immorality and corruption into its lands. this isnt implementing Sharia, this is called deliberately abandoning it.

Saudi Arabia operates numerous judicial institutions that legislate using man-made laws rather than Sharia. their commercial and labor courts resolve disputes using international, corporate laws and Western labor standards rather than Islamic principles on employer-employee relations.

“And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the disbelievers.”

(Surah Al-Ma’idah, 5:44)

now qatar, saudi arabia is generally more acceptable but this joke of a country paints itself as an Islamic state, but its actions expose its hypocrisy. they absolutely Fail to Implement Hudood (islamic punishment for criminals). it doesn’t enforce the punishments quran has prescribed for crimes like theft, adultery, and fornication.

“Cut off the hand of the thief, male or female, as punishment for what they have earned – an exemplary punishment from Allah.”

(Surah Al-Ma’idah, 5:38)

fornicators are not lashed publicly as ordered: “The woman and the man guilty of fornication – lash each one of them with a hundred lashes.”

(Surah An-Nur, 24:2)

also degenerates hosting Corruption Through Events Like the World Cup which brought with it immodesty, alcohol consumption, and other Western influences. not even close to true sharia law.

“Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter.”

Instead of upholding morality, Qatar imported immorality and degeneracy to its land, this is NOT sharia.

Yemen:

Yemen is divided obv, no one there implements Sharia fully:

1. Houthis (Northern Yemen): The Houthis claim to represent Islam, but their governance is far from Islamic. They use their rule for political gain and enforce secular laws through local councils rather than Sharia. They don’t apply hudood punishments, nor do they govern based on the Quran and Sunnah. Allah warns against divisions like theirs:

“And do not be like the ones who became divided and differed after the clear proofs had come to them. And those will have a great punishment.”

(Surah Aal-E-Imran, 3:105)

2.  Al-Qaeda and Southern Yemen:

lol even Al-Qaeda itself that claims to be a vanguard of Islam, but even in areas under their control, they delegate governance to local councils that legislate without strict adherence to Sharia. Instead of hudood, their laws resemble tribal customs, which are a mix of man-made laws and selective Islamic rulings.
