@Redpillray Dude either accept how she is, or dont. I dont think that "getting ur girl in shape" willl ever workout well.
You must have really outdone yourself on the fat roll ride to find a two ton Tina with Spanx that zip up. Everyone knows that they roll on and roll off like a condom stretched across a SpaceX rocket
Are almost all memes stolen? Did it somehow become a requirement to add the footnote disclaimer?
Just wondering if there was some new rule passed by congress to further fuck with people.
I was never fat to begin with, I was struggling to break 175 on the scale at the time.
Hey sucking dick ain't easy but it's honest work.

@Kloi I might get the numbers wrong, but I work to approx values anyway.
So you worked 6-7h to burn an excess of 1-1.5 calories. And if you ate right it was going into the right places.
the fatties eat that number of calories on a school break.
It is physically impossible to burn that shit.
Assume also that fatties need an energy supply while on treadmill - a sugary coke likely.
Let the fatties get a free membership - them becoming perpetuum immobile providing an electric supply for the whole business park.
Someone give me v-cards for posting whilst tired
If we're going with anecdotes, then here's mine.
Many years ago, I had on my bucket list "run a marathon" by age x.
So I did. And during that training, I adhered to old time advice that you carb load the day before a long run for energy.
So I did.
I was about 25-30 pounds overweight at that time and my training towards the end was 50+ miles a week.
After my divorce, I started eating differently (as many do) and I IMMEDIATELY dropped 20 points with no effort - an much less exercise.
The key takeaway? Carbs and sugar are bad for you.
I stand by my original comment, but i do recognize that results may vary.
