The term "tingles" in Red Pill circles is shortened from "giney tingles", which is when a woman is horny.
It was taken from the episode of South Park that made fun of the Jonas Brothers. When the episode showed a bunch of little girls reacting to a Jonas Bros performance by screaming, fainting, etc, it zoomed in on a confused 5-year-old saying "my giney tingles!" According to an interview with Trey and Matt, that was taken from a real reaction to the Jonas Bros from one of their producer's 5-year-old niece.
Roissy started using the phrase on his blog to humorously talk about when women are aroused not long after that episode first aired.
