At least twofold problem

1. it kind of (still) is free, people don't want illegals but the most vocal party about this has been smuggling them anyway, people just never looked into the statistics, then after the (lost) elections, scandal with the sale of visas erupted. Whole schitck on the border was a kfab (?)
