If you guys have ever dated a cluster B woman (narc or BPD) and just been left self-blaming, mentally stuck or whatever on trying to put pieces together in confusion, this video actually made a lot of sense.
If you've ever been abruptly discarded by a cluster B it's usually more confusing and personal feeling than a normal plate or FWB break from a more well adjusted person and they are very good at making sure it lingers in your mind even if rationally you consciously know you didn't do anything and are just fine the way you are
