We all know that being sexless had little to do with this mess. The MSM called him an incel and it stuck. He was mentally ill AND celibate - and who knows what other factors.

Agreed. There is no easy way to compare these things - but I bet people who were blinded are also pretty sad and depressed. I would rather be an incel (because I am) than go blind. There are always hookers and porn. There are options.
The options for blind people are very limited.
Definitely a much higher suicide rate than incels, though. It's not hard to see why. Their entire world gets destroyed before their eyes, and they're essentially raped by the state and their exes.
On this we massively agree. And it somewhat supports my point. Again we can never know this, but my hunch is that these men were not suicidal BEFORE they lost everything. Again, they loved and lost and that shit hurts.
