I would argue that ment (or someone else) is the other side. I think the devil's advocate syndrome has struck him too hard.
Functionally in the topic he seems to be, but placing him officially there brings no benefit.
And you know what the worst part is? I still kind of miss it.

I can't speak for your experiences but the deception I've seen. How two faced both genders are. Everyone plays ignorant to everyone else's wrong doing in the moment but boy do they love to gossip.
Years of partying has left me jaded. Numb to things that should make my skin crawl. It's robbed me of my purpose when I've really been involved.
Night life is full of good people who are completely consumed by their bad habits.

Boys, enough nightgame will destroy your soul. As I've not shied about there have been plenty of negative examples from me but when you can't emotionally respond well to good experiences any more in nightgame that's when you know the toll it's taken.
Yes I'll eventually leave it. Just giving the public service announcement that whatever catching up or redemption arc nightgame gives you as a man it is nothing but an eventual destination to spiritual rot in exchange for experience.
The amount of mental and emotional suppression required to survive night game has both a visible and invisible price, the latter of which is the later stage when you finally see it.

It's not that big of a stretch that one can have rather fair marriage/divorce laws, seeing as there are already countries (even in the west) that do, despite these also being feminist countries (the Scandinavian countries for example).
Prenups can be a default part of the marriage contract (including any debts you bring in to a marriage).
50/50 custody can be the default position if parties don't agree.
Spousal support can be abolished, or at least limited to the time it takes to get a bachelor's degree (3 years).
All these aspects can even be argued through pro feminist talking points ("strong and independent", "women in the work force", "women are more than mothers" etc.). So it's not like it's politically far-fetched either.
Then you're left with child support and division of post marriage assets, which in principle aren't necessarily unfair aspects of divorce
