First of all, what does this have to do with dick size? Just weird dude. Has no remote connection other than you want to talk about it; sounds like insecurity.
Second, You are making a claim which isn't factual...i.e liver toxicity. It just isn't true. Maybe at very high doses and morons taking it. But you're making stuff up; and conveniently leaving out all the downsides of TRT.
Third, it seems this conversation is not be fruitful if you are just going to throw around opinion without any thought, insight, or training. So its moot. Wish there was an LGD equivalent for fluid intelligence. Alas.

"While SARM abuse has been reported, and toxicities have been associated with adulterated or misrepresented products obtained via internet vendors (51), clinical studies using pure clinical-grade SARM compounds have demonstrated excellent safety profiles." Thats BS. SARMS have a bonafide edge in risk : reward ratios. Yes its weaker than TEST (never taken) but LGD is the shit. Its been researched IN-HUMANS already (which means it passed like a thousand test for safety) with extremely favorable risk hazard ratios (don't trust the FDA bullshit process). Low-dose, short cycles in absolutely the way to go...dont think there is anything close to it; you get at least a 30% muscle boost for very little downside. You get suppression, but TEST is like tossing the whole living room. Everything (HPA axis) starts going out of equilibrium. LGD is like flipping a plate.

""Alphas" and "Betas" are female notions."
Didnt think this has to be said on TRP...but that statements is a crock of shit.

If anyone needs an indictment on the how far western morals have fallen, Justice Jackson wearing a bright red jacket to a confirmation hearing has got to be it. (As is the color red on any woman or any respectable person for that matter.) Reprehensible. How did we get here.

"The western medieval use of the term eunuch to describe the celibate comes...."
So now you don't even know the Old Testament?
Daniel the prophet and his friends were castrated in the Levant. Should be noted that in the prophecy, the Israel nation are known affectionally as "castrated," due to their exile.
Regardless, your history is way too narrow to have a conversation, as I am discussing worldwide prevalence of eunuchs, and vague gendered people which everyone agrees existed (as a response to OP).

From Wiki:
Non-castrated eunuchs: The term eunuch has sometimes figuratively been used for a wide range of men who were seen to be physically unable to procreate. Hippocrates describes the Scythians as being afflicted with high rates of erectile dysfunction and thus "the most eunuchoid of all nations" (Airs Waters Places 22). In the Charlton T. Lewis, Charles Short, A Latin Dictionary, the term literally used for impotent males is spado but may also be used for eunuchs.
[Lol.] Some men have falsified the status of their castration to gain entrance into the palace. Chinese eunuch Lao Ai for instance, became the lover of the mother of Qin Shi Huang, who bore him two sons, before Lao Ai and his sons were executed after participating in a rebellion against Qin Shi Huang.
Eunuchs' means castrated apart from some euphemistic language.

" In medieval culture, a eunuch/celibate was not functionally castrated. "
Citation please? From my understanding, all eunuchs were - by definition - castrated; at least out east, which you fail to discuss.
The larger issue is female-to-male. That seems like a true novelty. If someone is versed in Eastern culture, would be interested to hear the history (e.g. Thailand.)
