@First-light Exactly that's what I've doing.. Most protein drinks that you buy at the supermarket at least here where I live has sucralose. Long term effects of Sucralose is not really good fro the gut biome. I', sticking to red meat and white meat eggs, beans and lentils. to reach 135. drink protein milk or yogurt which are really close to natural. Never trust a corporation

@Lebbaeus You can't edit posts here but the site uses Markdown similar to Reddit. Remember to put two spaces at the end of a line when you want single spacing otherwise it hoses your list format as above. No edit is a PITA sometimes but it keeps you on your toes when writing!

How many grams of protein do you guys aim for per day?
I weigh 67kg and my calculated intake is 90. My ideal aim is to stick to 135 as I think 2g*67= 134. is 90 really that low?

On My Current Progress: Day 43 of No PMO (I've been struggling with it for a decade) Back to Day 1 of Studying Seriously (Have to finish a lecture and a half, and memorize the notes) 9th Consecutive Day Exercising: 1 Hour Treadmill Run (I usually hit the gym but today have to remain at home,sunday is rest day ) Nutrition I have to be 100% strict so I get the results that I want to have, not hat Iàm eating junk food but once i lose my focus its hard to get it back . Social Life is basically dead since I'm living with a relative in a town where not much goes on and its basically study gym eat study dinner repeat. Idk im going crazy
