each number represents one day so it is 4 days in a week, I do squats as I read these are the best for T production. I have increased free T mark by around 50% [from rather low one] in 1.25 years of going to gym.

They are separated into upper and lower body as I was reading not to mix them for best effect.

I do modified Wendell - each line is consecutive week - number of reps, then increase of weight

  1. 5-5- [3x 5+]
  2. 5-3- [3x 1+]
  3. 3-3- [3x 3+]
  4. deload

If to disregard injuries and lower load now, at 83kg I did at some point: 120kg - deadlift / 80 - bench / 85 - squat / 47.5 - overhead /

For shoulder/waist ratio specifically, squats and good mornings

I don't do anything specific for ratio now and want to change it

I don't know how real is the guy, as I said I was under impression he is old - know to a whatever degree - member.

I didn't judge on a story. He didn't ask for a money. I was having assumption such as: life can go any fucking unbelievable way [I was also sharing my story here that is quite unbelievable], he could be old TRP member that went troll for some fun.

Hi

I would like to replace one of my routines for routine to build better shoulder/waist ratio. What should I drop as I do not really want to spend more time in gym?

Below is my routine

  1. Overhead press + pullups
  2. Squat
  3. Bench press + barbell row
  4. Deadlift + goodmornings

What are the names of best [ROI] routines for shoulders to replace?

BTW where do you measure shoulders: below armpits or whole thing including arms?
