Keep in mind California has totally decriminalized the KNOWING spread of HIV. In other words, while Leftoids are obsessed with "Consent", there's only a minor fine - and almost no prosecution - if an HIV/AIDS infectee knowingly and without disclosure gives it to somebody else.
@Ceilingfan I was overseas for about a decade. I came back for a few weeks every year to visit fam and for work purposes.
Every time I came back after 2014, something was radically different.
I'll never forget two shocks - in TEXAS, no less. Seeing a "Choose the bathroom that suits your gender" (I first thought it a joke) and seeing a bunch of 30-40 women arrive in the building with huge tats on their arms and legs and thinking "Oh, there must be a biker girl meetup in town". And then finding out it was a Public Teacher Conference. 2016.
