Theme: bad bell-end smell. Status: resolved.
I have run out of my omega3 about month ago after like 1y of supplies. Naturally I started to research has something changed. I stumbled upon eating correct ratio of 3s:6s.
It happened that I have changed my diet radically about 2y ago and it kind of coincided with bad bell-end smell [when thinking retrospectively]. At the time it was not obvious and btw, how eating healthy could cause strange new odour [not that I didn't notice strong spicy smell from far east people ].
One of the things I started to eat a lot, back then, were peanuts. TO increase protein intake I ended up going from 50g to around 200g a day, supplementing with BCAA as peanuts lack some aminos that makes protein absorption not as effective as animal protein.
Back to month ago.
I read that peanuts are basically only omega6 and my supplementation with DHA/EPA was a drop in ocean.
Quit peanuts cold turkey, replacing them with fish.
Now, unwashed for 2 days smells like roses. Otherwise every 6h was not enough.
Correlation is no causation.
BTW: Visit my vBay auction to get my new fragrance.

Once 5 friends came to visit my plate from her home town [not big up to 100k] I thought there will be no action. She just told them to go to next room, closed door [no lock], played only mild music which didn't obstruct sound of what was happening. She was extra dirty.
I would like to say she likely wasn't a slut, but then once I did read about genuine desire I understood she had it.
Cold showers science: Increased dopamine?
An older study, this time from 2000 - Trusted Source, investigated the effects of different water temperatures on bodily reactions. In the cold water condition, the researchers submerged participants in 57.2°F (14°C) water for 1 hour. The participants experienced the following effects (some of which may not necessarily be beneficial to health):
increased metabolism, increased heart rate and blood pressure, increased levels of the neurochemicals dopamine and norepinephrine, lower levels of cortisol, the “stress hormone”

So far around 20 out of last 23 days every morning starts with cold shower.
Stopped around 2y ago, I remember it as good period.
@Vermillion-Rx even the science of toxicity represented by colourful appearance? You got to show him that picture and make him guess what kind of lizard it is.
Resource is random, just to represent idea.
BTW it makes some sense from evolutionary point of view

I just recently came across it and it verbalises [which is better then written response] why some cry babies are coming here.
I remember that first forum I have ever strolled up to was Married Red Pill on reedit and I have sweated when I have read their requirements before posting and crying. Finally I just grabbed some books and started to read, when I finished I didn't need MRP anymore.
