Gentlemen. It's been a long, long while. I hope all of you are doing well. I wanted to jot down a few things while they are fresh in my mind. I went on a date tonight. The first proper date in a long time. I've been super busy with work, moving, life, etc.

Quick Backstory:

Met this girl in September, doing some freelance labor work for a Jewish company in NYC for my buddies wife who couldn't make it. Worked 3 days, made a few G's. My rates are high. But I provide good service. Most of the coordinators were woman who started freaking out about shit because everything wasn't perfect, dealines, etc. Natural masculine presence, calm rock in the storm, I naturally wound up basically directing, well, everyone. Kinda sad tbh. Anyway.

Met this girl 2nd day. Shes jewish. So am I by heritage so I had some fun banter by claiming to be fake Jew. blah blah. She isn't super serious about it. (from what I gather (hint to all yall) most of them arent considering I hooked up with 2 over my 3 day weekend.) Got her # by telling her to give it to me. I was so exhausted I didn't care. I just said give it to me. We've been trying to meet up for 2 months.

Green Flags:

During the time period over the last 2 months where we were trying to meet up, she would respond very promptly. She left shortly after we met to go out of state for 3 weeks. Told me she would message me when we got back. She did. Then I could not meet up due to moving, packing, etc. Told Her I'd message her back. I did.

Quick to help facilitate different meetup plans/places. Even suggested a few. Was prompt and on time. Dolled herself up Dressed conservatively but sexy. No skin showing besides face and hands, but wore tight clothing. No social media besides linkedin. (Could still have, but I havent found. Did not ask) Kept conversation alive. Funny, witty banter. Good sense of humor. Not PC. Challenging. Did not look at her phone literally once all night. Passionate about her hobbies and likes. Did not speak about other men Seems to have good relationship with father, but got away from me and did not ask too much about that. Has very close female friends who do not seem slutty. Judging by her reponses to some things I said and did, she seems a bit sheltered. Was very shocked that I would break rules(not laws) Flirted. Reciprocated kino. Initiated herself. Laughed smiled etc. Very open to me about her life. Very interested in learning about mine, much to her chagrin because I did my upmost to DARE and not DEER. Was a 'Hell Yeah' girl all night

Things I could have done differently:

-I didn't give away my whole life story. Not by a long shot. But I could have withheld a few things I said. Clearly didnt make a difference as shes already asked to meet again and got K close well before date was done. Women will overlook a few mishaps and discrepancies in order to keep the illusion going for themselves.

-I felt that my kino was a bit tentative, but thats only because I honestly have not had human contact in so long it was honestly a bit alien. But I quickly warmed up. I can do better in the future. I noticed myself being slightly hesitant when my hand was already 1/2 out, etc. I did pretty ok though. Proud of me.

-Could have planned the date better. I thought I knew the area decently well, but I think my exhaustion from my exercise wore me out mentally more than I thought.

-Could have worn a better jacket. Apparently i threw out my last good but old jacket. Wore a jacket from an old winter job. Warm and matched colors with my shirt luckily and thought it would be a good convo piece. (Didn't come up.)

-I wore good, flattering clothing, but could have worn a better hat and maybe an accessory.

-After food, we got drinks and my game suffered a little. Not terribly, but enough to where I noticed and so did she. I recovered though.

I think overall, out of 10, I would give myself a 6/6.5 - 7 for this date, considering I have not been on a 'date' in so fucking long and I knew nothing about this girl really. I think most of my behavior came naturally, which is interesting because if it had been earlier this year it would have been totally forced. Just, life necessitates growth. She's really fucking into me and I'm kind of excited because shes fucking stacked and I'm (shoot me later) 1/2 wondering how the fuck I got so lucky.,

But when I think that way, I remind myself that I deserve to have good things, people and experiences and that, overall, while I have some flaws, I'm a pretty fucking cool man and I think I have a fuck ton of room to grow.

I am curious if our age has any effect. W are both 27. I have dated a girl my age before and this girl did NOT have the thousand cock stare. Hell. She didn't even have a 2 cock stare if I'm being honest. Im just wondering if she really put on the greatest mask of all time, but I dont think so.
