Relationship Philosophy:
Law 20: Do not commit to anyone
Does anyone read religious texts or watches dharma talks? I'm wondering what fits redpill in terms of practices and philosophy.
@TheUnintelligentx gym guys are positive, people who pay membership to workout are serious about their progress. So you can ask their about workouts.
You'll gain newbie gains in the first 2 months so I wouldn't bother with articulating a specific workout routine or a diet. Just make sure you get enough sleep and rest between workouts and progress your exercises over time.
It's only when your workouts become dull and boring do you need to put it up a notch. And than you can ask here or subreddits dedicated to your goals.
@Anonburner2929292929 invite her for gym dates. The adrenaline gives great post work out sex.
When people talking about hitting the gym it's mainly to improve hypethropy, and lowering bf%?
@carnold03 I'm trying to see, if I like this, than I support this, but if I dislike it, it means I don't see it as noteworthy. What to do?
@Zavss hypergamy can't afford losing a good specimen. They don't like being used by guys because it means they lose provisions from the beta bucks side.
Girls don't like it, they're just too impulsive to understand it until they reflect on it in their epiphany phase (or if a masculine figure guides her through the process)
@destraht Also the op was about learning martial arts and finding a way to learn it not in groups.
I can get a partner once in a while but not on the regular.
@destraht just because I'm aware of my shortcomings doesn't mean it's what defines me. I do meditate for 30-90 minutes a day to settle my sensory meltdowns to a degree.
Whether the environment trying to be unsettling by design like in via fluorescent light or by nature via sunlight. It doesn't matter.
Also I agree with picking up girls while going on tourist trips, girls love foreigners.
@Zavss Not interesting as recreating historical martial arts.
