@Teaser_K RPS got it, that was me a while back when we were testing it out as a replacement for Discord.
@kend Since you're lost, watch the RPU series. Especially our episodes about Mission and Frame. Those are where you should start first. Just know there are no shortcuts. You will have to put in the reps, put in the work, to accomplish your goals.
I don't blame you, it's the world we live in not giving men the lessons they used to get when they were young. The world, or the matrix as the Tates would say, lied to you. Not your fault, but now that you know what's up, it's incumbent on you to Do. The. Work.
Also, nobody owes you a damn thing, so this is all on you to break out of your shell and rise to your potential as an individual. And even then just know life isn't fair. That's why I always say not everyone gets to be an astronaut. To wit, even if you do the work and give it your very best, it may not be good enough to get what you want from life. You could be the most skilled Basketball player in history, but if you're 4'11" you're still not making the NBA. That's life, but don't let it get you down. After doing the work you will be better off than where you're at now, and that's the point. Nobody knows what your maximum potential will look like until you try. And truth be told, very few people actually reach their full potential. Very view in life ever do. Again, your best will still be better than the average or below average life you've lived thus far, so... what do you have to lose?
This is my philosophy, my "big secret" to succeeding in life right here...
Maximize your strengths Minimize your weaknesses Accept that which you cannot change

That is definitely a dramatic decline and in less than twenty years at that.
@Traveler My vitamin stack has grown considerably over the years:
Generic gummy multivitamin (includes 1000 IU of vitamin D) 2000 IU of D3 twice a day (that's 5000 IU a day just from supplements) Fish oil twice a day - Note: per my doc you shouldn't take D3 without some kind of omega supplement to mobilize the vitamin D, otherwise it's not as effective CoQ10 T4/T3 76/18-MCG IC-11 Joint Health DHEA E4M 50MG Magnesium plus Zinc Tru Niagen 300mg Folate 1700 mcg DFE

@TiberiusBravo87 @RealJoeDee @Traveler Have any of you guys used DHEA? I'm well past my peak natural testosterone level years, and have found that good DHEA supplements alone have some respectable zing where it concerns horniness and spontaneous erections. I'd be really interested to hear what results people who get their actual androgen levels measured see from DHEA.
