Bpd npd are great for your character development. I recommend all beginners to target only bpd npd. Bonus if they have both, and have killed a person or two. This is actually a short cut to swallowing the pill

I don't like right out berating neither. I don't watch FF nor Tetas as it is easy to see there is little quality content to improve oneself. It can get you started transferring from anger phase to other stuff since after some digging you can't come across proper stuff.
Rightful critique is unavoidable though. You can't expect to encourage folks to be your own mental point of origin and have moral spine and not to say, that some content is only transitory and to improve your life, you should leave the space of anger phase.
You will also get people claiming to be TRP, but really being leftists in sheep's skin. It is justifiable to virtually assign someone to manosphere if there is little doubt, but I wouldn't assign some strangers to manosphere as that will lead to further fracture without good base for judgment.
