I am currently bulking up (@72kg) trying to get to at least 80. I work out 6 days a week. If you need advise about lifting for teenager you have come to the right place. Apart from lifting i do Karate and Goshin Jitsu, both are japanese material arts. I am also a pretty good swimmer, but i got bored of it so i quitted it some time ago.
