There are countless stories of women using excuses like fucking a guy because it was the easiest way to get him to stop bothering her. Also every level short of fucking as well.

It reminds me of being a very shy 12 years old around girls when one of the cutest nice girls that I liked asked me to "go out" with her, or to be her boyfriend or something innocent like that. I was nervous as all fuck and then politely rejected her even though my heart was racing for her. I was only 12 and not yet well enough adjusted to know how to handle my feelings. You can extrapolate that to a modern fairly emotionally retarded 20 year old who just got done hiding behind a mask during the last years. That tits and ass might be popping, but she is probably an emotional retard.

However, there are a lot of men who somehow get over hot women not being developmentally qualified to have intimate human interactions by just making it happen. They can grab women's hands, touch and whatever pushy stuff that they do. In particular the modern liberal woman will give a man all sorts of leeway when there is a story that she can tell herself such as "Oh well he is from Jamaica and so it's ok that he grabbed me because that is what they do there". Somehow a modern liberal woman needs to feel that the rules just don't apply to you, or that you're living by another set of rules that she just isn't aware of yet.
