For the new few months I will be doing a variation of Intermittent Fasting and Keto. Most people only fast for 2-3 days out of the week, but I intend to do the bad ass version where you fast for 24 hours everyday. Most of the benefits appear after only 18 hours of fasting, but the longer you stay in a fasted state, the more beneficial it will be in the long run. Read Eat Stop Eat for the science behind it all.
Below is my basic diet for the next few months. I plan to supplement it with bratwurst (fuck yeah Oktoberfest) and other meats to get more fat in my diet. I buy everything in bulk so that each day comes down to about $3.50 or ~$100 a month. I'm saving a tons of money, eating like a king, and gaining muscle like I'm on gear. There's no excuse why you shouldn't be doing this other than your ignorance of self-discipline and thoughtful planning.
