Common sense
Common sense is not trivial if you look at it from all angles. Great books have been written, discoveries made and kingdoms overthrown throughout history, all since someone refused to accept a commonly accepted truth and take it at face value.
But there's a certain aspect of common sense that's important in the redpill context and that is scalability. An interesting thing about society is that whatever is commonly accepted fit in well with the establishment and is not a threat to the powerful. And all societies create controls to root out such thoughts and opinions at the earliest. In general, societies are cease fires zones between those few in power and the millions without; They are equilibrium and they're also controls.
Dual edge
It really doesn't matter what your position in the male hierarchy is - Hypergamy still needs you. If you are an alpha, it needs you to fuck her. If you are beta, to provide for her. If gamma, to think for her. If sigma, to explore for her. Or as i like to say, she has a dildo for every color.
And that's the reason, redpill will always be heresy. There will never be full revision of history and the truth shall never be fully erased. Hypergamy doesn't need all men to know and acknowledge the truth, but it does need a few to and therefore will not betatize the whole society. We will see redpill women and women against feminism - in reality control for preserving alpha behavior. We will hear about how submissive women who are strong and independent at the same time. Women who the feminine imperative allow to exist without shaming them too much.
And on the other pole we will have these feminists and misandrists, who will want to penalize men for not letting their wives go on sexual escapades and want to freeze their own ova so that they can ride the cock carousal and eat their cake when the time comes.
And these women will truly not get along with each other. But from an emergent socio-behavioural viewpoint, they are two sides of the same coin with the same imperative - to ration the dual mating strategy for women maximally.
Consequences of knowing
So what do redpill aware men do about this? While the active responses like game are optional, passive precautions are a must. So i'd like to say three things here :-
No unplugging men
Redpill men shouldn't unplug other men till they are really ready. If necessary let them go to their demise. This truth is not meant for a lot of eyes. In reality, there are no opposite sides, but just people with their own motives trying to get away with as much as they can. So don't go about blabbering your plate spinning escapades to you beer buddies. This way you will not isolate yourself socially and will not loose potential resources and opportunity. It may seem that i'm ungrateful to the community, but i think this is the right way to do this.
No sharing with women
Women have an instinct of trying to get the guys to share with them. It feels nice to do so, to be able to lighten the burden of the world with a partner, someone who's eyes light up when you return back, tired and worn out from your own battles of the day. Except, that she isn't a partner; She's not your equal. And more importantly, your own emotional reality is not just opaque to her, but also inconceivable. The reason she wants you to share is because she's addicted to the drama, the emotional cocktail; Something to imagine and think about in her uneventful hours. The effect wears off and then you're just boring and predictable.
Hibernation
I think that when redpill reaches a critical threshold, the feminine imperative will try to cull dissent if possible, and if not possible, infiltrate it and corrupt the message. We are already seeing this online, as social networks such as reddit, facebook and twitter are clamping down online "harassment". So i imagine a time will come when this idea will have been discredited and some of it's adherents shamed. That will mark the critical phase of hibernation - When the rest of us will go dark, and pretend that all these things never happened. So try to limit your personal info online and protect anonymity; Make hibernation a part of the plan. There is no coming out of the closet here - ever.
For whatever reasons, you are now part of this weird thing, which even though secret is right out in the open. You are now part of the heresy, and if you are really unlucky, you are the proof of it! Tread carefully and in the shadows.
