@Stigma My plate has told me stuff about her experience. She did some big players managerial stuff in non western country where pass bros travel for trad fife. For what it is worth her words were:
- I prefer working with men
- when I assemble my team I choose men to work with
- rarely but I choose a woman when she fits a role [tasks related to social acumen from what I understand]
- women are random
- women are even more random when on period
- worked with a few women ona team and they had period at different days and it was a nightmare to manage the mood swings
I jokingly said that she should have chosen the male trans people as they combine the best characteristics of both and can't get pregnant. She was apparently dealing with many of them in one particular corpo [that a name didn't sound westernized] and she perceived their behavior as a male/female on ketamine and steroids.

I had plenty of arguments against him, though it usually felt like a lonely fight.
In particular, his MO of ruthless personal attacks against anyone he considered Outgroup. This may come off like confidence to the ingroup, but to anyone with no buy-in as yet to our ideas, it gets interpreted as needless abrasiveness and aggression. I still consider HIM the biggest single factor in Reddit quarantining TRP, an obvious risk that was not his alone to push, and a loss of a huge free platform that was not his alone to suffer.
One thing that I will say in his favor today: I used to give him shit for overuse of the term Hegelian dialectic. Having read a lot more about philosophy since then, I understand his point and its relevance better. Though this does highlight his tendency to use his knowledge not to elevate even those within his ingroup, but as a cudgel.
