I wholeheartedly believe it's self inflicted. I think you are only into 9s because you think you only deserve 9s and 10s. I think your own sense of entitlement to what you deserve is artificially preventing your from being attracted to certain women. Sounds like you may have some mental stuff to work out. I second @RedPirate751's suggestion about reviewing your dopamine situation.
I also think what @Typo-MAGAshiv said about that "demisexual" bullshit is accurate. I quickly lose interest in women who demonstrate themselves too vapid or self-absorbed to be worth my time but that doesn't mean there ain't still a part of me would love to bend 'em over something. I'm not Chad enough to make that happen without a bunch of insufferable talking, which is why I don't bother, but the desire is there all the same.
I guarantee just as he did, there are women to whom you're sexually attracted without knowing them, you're just all twisted up in your own head about it 'cause you're still young and ignorant and don't have the experience necessary to realize how autistic you're being about the whole thing.
That ain't an attack. You'll get there. If I did anyone can. You just need to get out of your own head, same as I did. Start lifting. Pick up a social hobby like ballroom dancing or acting or something, make friends with people over shared interests.
Easy to say, I know, but I've been where you are, at least with the not wanting to engage with anyone else, and I'm here to tell you things are way better once you get over yourself and start living.
